Came to look at house twice and never called back

We hired Mr. to move a light switch approximately 6" and to raise 2 handrails and extend another an add one also. First, he did not provide an estimate in writing as requested. He then charged $320 to move a light switch creating a 2 1/2 times the size of the original hole. He filled the hole in with mud and left it without sanding and finishing. He thought the painters (that were contracted separately) would finish his job.

We paid $180 for handrails to be raised, added and extended. He hung one with a crooked bracket, one missing bracket that originally had 3 brackets and now has 2 brackets (clearly needs 3 and we cannot find the original bracket). He moved another and was to extend to it which he did, however one bracket is not flush to the wall and where the brackets meet is left unfinished and splintery. The other new rail has its ends cut incorrectly and again not sanded to a finish.

He showed up a day late and it took them 2 whole days to complete these two simple jobs.
