to privacy laws we can't just send consumers information to random addresses the consumer did see us taking his unit and gave our driver the keys so he did know who had his belongings we are required to hold items for only 45 days if the consumer knows the law so well why did he wait 77 days to try and retrieve it think he thought he would try to catch us up but keep stuff longer when we have no good address to send the letter we have been around for 16 years and never tried to burn anyone There was no hassle we told him items were probably disposed of but we would check the storage building to see if we still had them and yes signing for property is policy and he could have signed after reviewing them Which he did do
