To Whom It May Concern: We recently moved our office and did not receive the initial complaint in the mail We have now updated all of our company information in the Revdex.com's system In response to this specific complaint, we have forwarded to the proper department for resolution, however, we were unable to review any initial "online complaints or work orders" in our computerized property management software program as indicated from this resident as part of this complaint With that said, however, the resident claims that he received a response from us regarding his issue and needing to be approved by the ownership of the building If that is the case, then our office was actively working on the situation at the time AND notified him as such We are not always able to take immediate action and often times will need authorization to make repairs at our properties This situation has been resolved to date
