Regarding Complaint dated July 9, 2017 #[redacted] ordered 12 clematis via phone. She selected the varieties. We shipped those plants on 3/30/17 via USPS tracking #[redacted]. Upon receipt of the plants she decided she did not want two of the varieties she ordered and...

wanted to return them. We said she could return them and we would ship the two different varieties that she wanted. (We do not have free returns (we're not Amazon) and we never stated that we did.) I personally told her that we would have to charge her for the freight for the 2 new plants she wanted which would be $12. We shipped the two plants on 4/12/17 by USPS tracking #[redacted] We charged $12 for the freight (not $12.99 as she stated).Kathy [redacted]
