I am rejecting this response because:
I am not sure what the response is Is he claiming that my timing chain tensioner was broken while they were fixing the water pump but they're not responsible? I've also attached my general response

To Whom it may concern, The customer brought her *** *** *** Vin to my shop for repairsShe told us she needed a thermostat because of overheatingWe checked the coolant and it was very lowSo then we looked for a coolant leak and found the Water pump leakingThen I called her and told
her the car needed a Water pumpI also told her that from the car overheating there could be other problems especially with a car of that age and mileageWhen replacing the water pump (which is driven by the timing chain) You can not See the tensioner or chain except for a very small window to release the tensionerBecause the chain rides on the tensioner it keeps it togetherWhen you release it from the tensioner if it is broken it would fall apartWe know that there is no way this could have been avoided it comes from age, miles and bad design. There are tons of problems with the same issue that we hadThe Customer opted to take the car to another shopWhen she came to get her car she told the mechanic that was working on the car that she understood totally. She told the mechanic that she had googled it the night before and saw that this is a big problemWe also told her that we called the Nissan dealer and they told us that they run into this problem all the time.I am sending pictures to help you understand the situationI was very surprised to receive the letter from her and then from the Revdex.comI have been in business for years and have had no complaintsWe are a neighborhood business and I personally care about my customers.Sincerely yours,Dons
