Late Fee Assessed with Non Late Payment Account number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX My bank sends the checks out for me, it was set to be sent out on 10/17/and was received by the business by 10/19/based off my online account information, my due date has always been the 20th of the month, yet they assessed a late fee I have been receiving messages to call them back, every time I call to get this straightened out I sit on hold forever I don't have the time to sit on hold that long I am at work most of the time they try to call me I am asking that they correct the matter and advise on why a late fee was assessed, if they changed my due date I was never notified and that is not acceptable Please correct this matter and clarify as to why a late fee was assessed when the payment was on time
