I am rejecting this response because:The completed paint job is not acceptable.  I provided more photos ... whitewall showing thru the blue paint, trim painted over spackling dust, sparkling around light switch, paint drips on carpeting.   I reached out to the painter via mail and he declined receipt of the letter.  Don should have communicated to us the problems involved before proceeding but did not.   We were NOT happy with this job at all!      If we do not receive compensation, he leaves us no other alternative than to proceed to small claims court.

Painting a wall to perfection is nearly impossible after layers of wallpaper is removed ..The wallpaper was improper ly installed the walls were not sized beforehand making the glue harder to remove. The ceiling was spackled over the wallpaper ..Which was not done by my company.The wallpaper should...

have been removed before spackling repairs . That was the only part of wallpaper painted over..Customer seemed happy with job. No mention of paint on floors or drips on walls. Painting a wall damaged by wallpaper to perfection is impossible. And the only way for perfection is replacing the sheetrock .Which is what should have been done in the beginning .We only set out to do what was asked remove wallpaper, and paint .
