Contacted the seller multiple times (saved all history as the evidence) asking to refund my money ($161.40).
The Domio Sports Team Representative was assuring me that they will refund my money soon, asking for more time.
Their least response was on May-22-2022 asking to give them time till the end of August.
I contacted them a few times after that, but no response, do device, no money...
Please refund my money!

I've tried numerous of times for well over a year to get confirmation of my orders that has yet to be shipped to me. Every reply back I've received has been a generic response of promises that my orders will be shipped out soon.
Let this be a notice.
Due to your continued misrepresentation, failure for delivery of goods, the inability to fulfill your customer obligations, and hundreds (if not thousands) of customer complaints that are consistent with mine, I have today filed an official complaint with The Government of Ontario (Canada), The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services of your violations to the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, SCHEDULE A, PART III - UNFAIR PRACTICES:

Paragraph 6 - A representation that the goods or services are available for a reason that does not exist.
Paragraph 8 - A representation that the goods or services or any part of them are available or can be delivered or performed when the person making the representation knows or ought to know they are not available or cannot be delivered or performed.
Paragraph 9 - A representation that the goods or services or any part of them will be available or can be delivered or performed by a specified time when the person making the representation knows or ought to know they will not be available or cannot be delivered or performed by the specified time.
Line 26, Subject 2 "Delivery or Commencement Date not specified"
If the delivery date or commencement date is not specified in the future performance agreement, a consumer may cancel the agreement at any time before delivery or commencement if the supplier does not deliver or commence performance within 30 days after the date the agreement is entered into.

After receiving the unit, there were two issues. 1) The helmet mount did not work and 2) after fixing the mounting situation, the audio system cannot be heard at speeds above 50MPH. They offered a 30-day money-back guarantee and I have been exchanging e-mails with *** for nearly two months. It took them over 2 weeks to first respond to my complaint on the mounting issue and I asked them to send me a return label and to refund my money. They agreed, but no label, and it seems *** suffers from short term memory loss as I am back at the start with her. I have everything documented in e-mail and would be happy to share if required.
I would like to return the unit, in its original packaging for a full refund as their website claims.

I bought a domio product online, June 3rd of 2019, at 169$USD. Was told it would ship, shortly.. it was close to mid of October when I received their product. Wasn't able to test their product until weeks later. Only to find out it wasn't up to par with what I had expected. So I contacted Domio service to tell them the problem. Told them the product was in perfect condition with the exception of one plastic mount that has a sticky tape that couldn't be salvaged when taken off my helmet( made complete mess on my helmet) emailed and emailed. Finally someone responded with an address to send product back to. I sent there product back packages neatly so that it wouldn't get damaged. Since then I have heard nothing from Domio, that was November 20th 2019. I just want a refund.
I just want refund back onto my MasterCard.
So you can stop this complaint, they have followed up finally and I have received refund.
