Review: On Wednesday,October 22, 2014, I ordered a three pizzas from this location. My order was placed at 12:10 pm and not delivered until 2:10 pm. At 1:30 pm, I called to check the status of my delivery and was informed by the manager, [redacted] that one of her drivers was involved in an accident and that she would get my order out to me as soon as she could. I accepted this information wished her driver well and hung up. At 2:10 pm I received a call from the driver stating the he was driving a black [redacted]. My co-worker went to pick the order up, the driver never leaving the car. The pizza was cold upon delivery. Today,October 24th I was balancing my account and notice the charge on my debit card was more than the cost of my order. When I call the to inquire about the charge, the manager [redacted] said "Oh so it was just $4" she offer to give me a 10% discount on my next order and if I can her my card number she would give me my "$4" back. I decline to give her my card number for fear of other chages appearing on my account. I have also contacted the owner, she was of no help. I also contacted the company directly and again got no help.Desired Settlement: I would like this information published and the company fined for unfair business practices. I didn't think the driver nor the company deserve a tip after having to wait for 2 hours to get the pizza and having to heat it up to even it. I wonder how often this happens.
