Dominos has a program called piece of the pie rewards and I reached my 60 points for a free pizza and I did not receive the free pizza and I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to acknowledge the pie rewards. I have the proff to show and the store has camera footage to back up my claims as well. I then reached out to Dominos corporate and said they would reach out to the owner but I never heard back from corporate. I was cheater out of a free pizza and the store manager should not refuse false advertising that Dominos has for all there customers which is you get 60 points you get a free pizza. The manager was very rude,uneducated and unprofessional.

I emailed the customer on 8/11/20 with the information on how to redeem his free pizza. I provided screen shots with how the free pizza is redeemed. All piece of the pie orders have to go through the Domino's app or online ordering. It is clearly stated on the Domino's website. I let the customer know he can contact me with any questions.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did not receive any repsone from the manager or owner by email or have any screen shots been provided. I had to show the manager my own phone with the Domino's app to explain why but apparently the app is not putting through the rewards points that you is supposed to be received on your system which apparently did not go through only as the regular order for three pizzas. It's not my fault you all can't be honest.
