This store manager Ken handled my complaint without professionalism. He refused to come to the phone and after 20 minutes I called from a different number and he picked up. He refused to give me his last name and gave me a fake corporate number. My complaint came from the food being dried out, burnt and an hour later than the original delivery time. Very poor customer service.
