Review: Dominion service company Came out said they could not just sell me the grill and I said OK. He gave me a 280$ price for a grill that took 5 min to install that cost maybe 50$ and charged me for 2 hours labor. When contacted them why they charge over 100$ per hour, and he wasnt even there for 2 hours. When they were here for 10 min they said they charge only by hour. Then Why 2 hours. They said we came out there the first time to see what the problem was and they left went to get a grill and came back and installed it. So they said they came out 2 times when It should have only been max 1 hour of work. Company is scamming everyone. The Filter Grill was hard to find so I had this company install one but not for 60$ part and 2 hours in labor that lasted 10 minOn a Previous job they also tried charging me for 2 hours of labor, I bought part for same price they sell it for and installed it in under 5 min. If you want to use this company make sure you pay them per hour job.Desired Settlement: I want refund for the extra hour they did not spend working. Even tho he did not have the part on his truck he has no right to charge extra hour for something he didn't even do. The whole job took under 30 min and less then 10 min to install the filter grill.

These are legitimate charges.

The customer asked us to come perform this work and the price was quoted ahead of time and the customer approved it. They have since called saying they could have done it themselves and refused to pay the quoted amount.

We will gladly reduce the invoice to our minimum charges of 1 hour labor, the part and trip fee.

1 hour labor = $109.00

Part = $76.00

Trip fee = $25.00

Total due =210.00
