I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have contacted the office twice myself and have finally made contact today at 9:55am and 10:32am with a [redacted] I had to call back because she hadn't made it to work yet The only offer that was made was a reduction of $dollars to our $bill which doesn't equate to the remaining balance of $ The tetus shot hasnt been addressed or the administration fee or the conduct of the physician Regards, [redacted]

Review: My family and I have been patients of this office for more than a decade with satisfactory service/treatment. Over the last few years the care has changed. My insurance has been falsely charged many times, unneeded and falsely suggested procedures have been performed and billed. Our Doctor has basically abused his authority and using his patients' trust to over bill. I have contacted the office in which I was directed to the office manager and she promised me to get back in touch with me on the matter and it has been 2 weeks.Desired Settlement: For my husband's bill to be rectified
