Please read this before choosing themWe chose this company over south shore gunite because we liked their presentation of what the pool and landscape would look like better, and years ago they built us a beautiful pool for a lot of moneyFast forward to this summer when tiles began falling off and the plaster started to crack in multiple areas, including under the filter boxesI called them at the beginning of the summer and was told I needed to speak to ErnieI was told it would be after the holiday before he could call me backI had to call him back, and he said it would be a while but would send someone outAfter a few weeks of waiting, I called *** *** *** and another pool plastererThey both came promptly and both told me the copings were placed wrong and that was why this was happeningI was quoted over 10,dollars to close my pool for weeks, tear up all the copings, replace all the tiles and replasterI called Andrews and spoke to someone who said the copings were not placed wrong, and I told them no one had come out to see it, so all I had were the opinions I gotStill no one came out, so I made another call to them weeks prior to closing the pool to let them know time was running outFinally, someone cameHe said it was just cosmetic, easily fixed and may be covered under warrantyHe would go back, relay to Ernie and in a day or two I would get a callGuess what, no one called We called a week later They said Ernie was not inNo call backWe had no choice but to ask our contractor, who has almost no experience with pools, to replace the tiles and replaster as best as he canWe will see what happens over the winter, but may need to hire *** next year We are considering calling a lawyer to see if anything can be done to have Andrews reimburse usdon't use them you have been warned

Pools by Andrews created a pool for usThis year we contacted them because some of our pool tiles and plastic had come looseWe called many times without receiving a call backFinally we got a hold of themA rep from this company came out and said it looks like damage is no structural but rather cosmeticHe also said it most likely falls under the warranty and they will repair without costing us anythinghe said he had to go back and check with ***, the manager to find out if it is covered under the warrantyHe said this should be done before we close the pool for the seasonWe waited and waited, then started calling the officeI told the secretary how important it is that *** get back to usNever heard backWe paid to have someone else fix the poolWe expect them to reimburse us for the expense which they said may have been covered under our warranty
