We tried to contact the customer numerous times, via the numbers we have on file and in this complaintWe do want to resolve this issue, and believe in customer satisfactionWe even had sent out the project manger when he first called in February, to see if there is a resolution that we can doWe are not ignoring the customer, we would like to touch base with the customer, and will continue our efforts to resolve this issue Thank you Dominion Carpet

Dominion Carpet attempted several fixes to the wood floorsWhile they are far from perfect and still unsatisfactory to me in certain areas, I accepted a $refund for my troubleThanks, [redacted]

Thank you so much, but we are on the process of resolving the problem with the customer. We have been in his house few times now and we are doing our best to  make the customer happy.

Dominion Carpet attempted several fixes to the wood floors. While they are far from perfect and still unsatisfactory to me in certain areas, I accepted a $800 refund for my trouble.
