I paid 800.00 for a pallet of tools I was told there was new and used but all worked they loaded my car I got home and there was not one new tool plus over half did not work and they put junk in new boxes to look like I was getting new tools.I called and he said it's as is and refuses to come to a compromise.
Good morning I have read the email and my response to the situation was that the client was informed tools were untested could be vary in different conditions and was told about the policy.
