I hired this company to put a new 30 yr roof on my home. Work began on 6/30/16 and as of 7/7/16 and still not completed their work on my roof.
The office manager [redacted] continues to tell me that they will be back in the morning but no one shows up. My roof is mostly complete but there are some quality issues. First a crew did show up one night just before dark to complete the shingles on the ridge lines. Well as you would expect it got dark and they continued to work. So now the ridge lines are crooked and unprofessional looking. That's right they will be at my home first thing in the morning to get everything straight and install the turtle vents. Next day after no one. The only good thing in this thus far lengthy project is they have not been paid yet. We're into a second week and no call as to when they will return. They come off as professional but there work is a little shoddy and unprofessional. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of [redacted] Roofing, owner [redacted] in Arlington,
