This complaint has not been truthfulThe earliest email we have on file from this customer was 5/28/(outside of our return policy time frame) and additionally, the customer FIRST went to [redacted] and got an exchange, the exchange that [redacted] (not us) provided ended up being defectiveThe original she bought from us she exchanged with [redacted] instead of us which is also against our return policyThis is all stated by here via email which was the first email she sent on 5/28/at 4:44pm CSTEvery email she has ever sent is saved and can be providedAfter she bought this, she first went through [redacted] for any kind of resolution and did not contact us at all until well after our return policy window for this order was closedPlease see the email she sent us below as well as a screen shot of the original email attached Sent: Sat 5/28/4:PM"I need to return thisI bought it on [redacted] .com (order # [redacted] ) I've gone through two since March and not once has it workedI went to [redacted] to exchange the first one thinking it was just a malfunctionI exchanged it, brought this one back, this one still doesn't workThe thread gets caught somewhere inside repeatedly, there's no way to get inside to undo whatever knot has happened, it's eating up a ridiculous amount of expensive, high quality thread I bought, and it completely turns offI went back to [redacted] to process a refund and they no longer carry this machine in the few weeks I've been dealing with this headacheI just want a refund from whoever can process it, I've been more than patient, I have projects piling up that I haven't been able to complete (one of which is a pregnancy pillow for myself), my expensive thread has been destroyed and wasted, I've bought fabric that I can't do anything with now, I've traveled to [redacted] twice, I just need this fixedThank you."
