I pre ordered an item at Domeni company's website on Jan 6th. The money was taken out of my bank account on Monday Jan 8th. I was emailing them asking about the date of shipping on Jan 25th. They did not even respond to me email. So I had to go to the website and look for the shipping date of the pre order items. It says under the picture that item will be shipped out at the end of February or the beginning of March. I have been waiting until April 15th and nothing showed up and no email from Domeni either. I emailed them again (because apparently they say they handle all inquiries via email) asking about my purchase. 3 days later someone replied to me "I will check up on this". A week later, I still had not heard anything from them, so I contacted them again. Finally they got back to me saying all the pre-orders have shipped, and the item is sold out. They asked me if I could get an alternative item from their website. I did not receive any email from them regarding shipping notification or tracking number and stuff. If the item is sold out, at least they should have notified me so that I would know and we could figure out the solution for it. What if I did not email them asking about my purchase? All the company cares about is taking customers' money. They don't respect their customers.

The customer service team along with the amazing products that they produce make this an amazing company. I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.

Domeni Watches are the best watch if you are looking for a simple watch that you can dress up or down. They are also incredibly affordable and are of good quality. Customer Service is also excellent. I will definitely be order more watches in the future. I am now a fan :-). Dope Watch.

The experience with the Domeni Company was extremely fantastic. They had good selections to choose from and I really enjoyed the purchase. I will use this company again.

Purchased a watch on Black Friday as a gift, and figured that I should have received it well before Christmas. I received a confirmation email that my item was shipped, and was given a tracking number. A week goes by, and when I look up the tracking number, there was no tracking information available. At the time of my purchase in November, I had hoped to receive this item in time for a Christmas gift. My email inquiries (there's only one email address and zero customer service phone numbers - RED FLAG) about the item went ignored for about a week, and I had to purchase a different gift as a result, until I received an email that my "pre-order" has been processed - after Christmas, no less. I was unaware that my item was considered a "pre-order" item and it was never advertised as such in the website. You would think that if you have something to sell someone on Black Friday, even if it's a pre-order, that item will be delivered before Christmas, since that's the point of Black Friday. It was not communicated to me that my item would going to take longer than your standard shipping which states "3-5 Business Days For Order Processing And Shipment, And An Additional 2-4 Business Days For Delivery". I live within the continental U.S. so I did not think that this order would take that long. After nearly two months of not receiving my item by mid-January, I emailed the only customer service email address (there is no phone number for this company??) to cancel this order altogether. Suddenly I get another email saying that my item "was lost in the mail" and received another shipping confirmation. No tracking info. I was ready to report this "company" for fraud, but finally got my item after 3 months of waiting. Oh, and the watch is pretty mediocre - nothing special. Didn't matter, because apparently any items on sale (including Black Friday deals) are non-returnable. Cool. If I could rate my experience with less than one star, I would.

I ordered a set of watches from Domeni back in November 2017. I’ve constistently reached out to either get the status of the order, push them to ship the item, or get a refund. Their customer service will take days to weeks to respond and ultimately 4 months later (April 2018) they tell me they can’t refund me. They have wasted my time and my money.

Update: As soon as I posted this review on Revdex.com, Domeni contacted me and worked with me on getting a reasonable resolution. I give them 3/5 for the lack of good initial customer service and estimated production timeline, but I did really like the quality and design of the watch.

Do not purchase from this company, they will send you a defective product, then ignore you when you reach out to resolve this issue. They sent me a defective product, causing me to buy another gift for my sister on her birthday. When I reached out to resolve this issue, they gave me excuses like the power went out and they couldn't respond to my email (what? You don't have a smart phone or tablet? Please...), or they don't know why management (Jeremy) hasn't responded to my email, or that I don't check my SPAM inbox (I did. Consistently for 2 months). It's been 2 months and they have yet to come up with a solution for me. Mediocre product, terrible customer service.

I purchased a watch and my cc was charged on Dec. 18th, I have not received this item. I have contacted this co. repeatedly they say it has shipped but I have never received it. I paid for priority shipping as was a xmas present. I would like my cc refunded as I have never received this item and don't believe them to be a legit company.

On 12/22/16 I ordered a watch from this company and paid through ***. I received the watch on 12/29/16. On 12/30/16. I emailed the company regarding the fact that a piece of the watch popped off as I was trying to put the watch on. I informed them that I would like to return the watch and have a new one sent to me since the one I got was faulty. On 1/3/17 I received an email from Dominick C and he asked for pictures of the damages. I emailed him pictures on the same day. He responded on 1/4/17 and said he would check if they have any replacement pieces. I responded the same day that if I got a replacement piece I wouldn't mind taking it to get fixed. On 1/5/17 he asked for my address. I gave him my address on the same day. On 1/25/17 I emailed him to say I still had not received anything. I got no response so I emailed again on 2/6/17 asking about the status of the replacement piece and letting them know I would return the item for a full refund if I could not get a replacement. On 2/10/17 I got an email response from him saying my message went to spam and he would check on the matter. On 2/16/17 I emailed another follow up. On 2/21/17 I got an email saying a new piece was ordered and would be ready for me shortly. A full month later on 3/21/17 I emailed following up because I had not received anything and voiced my frustrations about being lied to. On 3/23/17 I got a response that they have to order the pieces in bulk and so they take varied time to arrive. On 7/4/17 I emailed a follow up because I never heard back and I also expressed my disappointment. On 7/6/17 I received a response that he wasn't sure why the band was not sent and asked me to confirm my address again. On 7/7/17 I emailed him my address again. On 7/20/17 I emailed to follow up about whether it had been sent. On 7/21/17 I received a response that my message was in the spam folder and he would check on it. As of today 11/13/17 I have not received anything and I sent an email today aswell

We received a complaint of a watch breaking after wear. We have a 1 year warranty which covers manufacturer defects. Although we did not deem this a manufacturer defect, we agree to replace the item free of charge. A new band was sent, although a not in a timely manner that was expected. We are working directly with the customer to come to a resolution.

Their response is a complete and utter lie. I contacted them a day after I received the watch. So a one year warranty has nothing to do with anything. They never sent me any kind of band. That is also a complete and utter lie. I have emails that will prove and a year of going back and forth trying to find out how to get a refund or to get the watch fixed. They have consistently lied and neglected my complaints. So their attempt to sound professional and as if they were handling the issue is all part of their scam.
