I am in receipt of your letter dated July 9, 2015.According to the letter submitted, the issue is based around charges for cleaning leaves and debris out of the pool during a liner installationWe are submitting two (2) pictures of the pool showing the condition of the pool when we arrived / pumping out the poolAs you can see, the debris was not minorThis does increase the time on the job and, therefore; the increase in billing.We looked at the agreement and it is not 100% clear as it could be when it comes to cleaning the leaves and debris out of the pool during a liner installationWe will handle this one and have changed our proposal to clearly state that the additional time required to remove debris from the pool would be additional labor that will be charged to the customer at prevailing rates.Based on the above, we have credited the balance on the account of $Balance is now zeroIt is possible that the statements/credits cross in the mail and ***/ [redacted] may still get a statement showing a balanceIf this happens, please do not be alarmedAccounting systems do not always post in a time manor as one would think.In addition, we are prepared to credit the credit card for $Be advised that the return of moneys on the credit card must be credited on the credit card you originally paid with; as per our vendor agreementIn order for this to happen, please follow the following steps:Call ###-###-#### Monday through Friday from amto 4:pmAsk for Mary Jane P**.Identify yourself as [redacted] or [redacted] Provide credit card number, expiration date, security code on the back of card, At this point, we will have what we need to issue the credit onto the credit card.I think we could have worked this out on the phone and not involved the Revdex.comWe asked around the office and do not recall getting a callWe apologize if we missed it.I believe this resolves the matter.I may be contacted at ###-###-####, Ext106.Mark F*

November 14, 2016 [redacted] requested his first service call in January 2016. This call involved "breaker trips". After the service was completed the billing of $387.72 was both emailed and sent by mail. The balance owed on the bill continued to accrue finance charges. In August the total amount due... was $232.06. It was not until August 3, 2016 that [redacted] contacted us on August 3, 2016 by mail. She disputed the bill and We worked with her and credited the balance still owed including the finance charges.On November 14, 2016, Mark F [redacted] contacted [redacted] to discuss his concerns with the August service call, Flohr Pools, Inc. was sorry to hear of the lightning strike.In particular they discussed the following:It is easy to go on the internet and find a generic part with info stating it will work with your spa, These parts may look like the required part and are half the price as compared to the [redacted] original parts. We do not order from 3rd party sellers as these parts do not always work and can cause additional expense to the customer. [redacted] parts cost a little more but these parts work and [redacted] offers support that can help to get the spa up and running quickly.It may not seem logical but the circuit boards can require you to place a thermistor in the palm of your hand or in warm water to fake the circuit board out of the freeze mod., Once the water is flowing the heating, takes care of itself. This additional step which we may not like is necessary under Certain situations to allow the board to function properly.The circuit board in the [redacted] 's hot tub was "fried" (it was reported to us by the [redacted] 's that there had a lightning strike), Circuit boards serve many functions and control other devises on the hot tub.It is true that we may sometimes need to communicate with the [redacted] 's factory to help with a diagnosis or part information. We find that this can reduce theamount oftime our techs spend om the job,Mark did confirm with [redacted] that the hot tub was not leaking as of 11/14/16. He stated the spa was functioning with no problems and no leakage,Sincerely,
