Anyway I have done, business with said storage company since my home was, lost in a flood 9/Initially I had 3units but have since cut down to When I moved in I was assured of hour accessThis work well for me for many yearsThen management changed last year and I was denied access on a random Sunday ( The day I most frequent my units)This was repaired and, all seemed wellToday (4/24/16) I was once again denied accessWhen I called I was told that I would no longer have access and the units would only be available a limited number of house daily (I believe Sunday is 9-12)No noticeI was told the decision was made Friday (4/22/16)
I find this unacceptablethey require a months notice for move out or ended they keep the depositThey should be required to give a months notice before changing policy

Review: This store repeatedly refuses to honor valid coupons. They claim to accept manufactuers' coupons, then after verifying that the coupon matches the product being purchased, refuse to honor the coupon because the register fails to recognize it as a match. Today I wanted to purchase a 3 pack of disposable Schick razors. I have a coupon for $2 off any 1 pack of Schick disposable razors, excluding 2 packs and 10+ 2 packs. A 3 pack is not either of those exclusions. The store manager tried to claim that it was only valid on single pack razors. They do not have single pack of disposable razors. The coupon was not expired and is in fact valid for the product I was trying to purchase.Desired Settlement: This store and corporate need to fix their computer issues and/or require managers to override the computer and accept valid coupons that do in fact match the product being purchased.

Dear Sir, My district manager, Sue Twentier called me about the complaint on March 30, 2015. She also called [redacted] (Customer) and left a message telling her we are sorry for the inconvenience and that we wanted to make it right. She also said that we have a Five dollar gift cardwaiting for her at the store, and we wouldhonor the coupon. My district manager also said on that message, she was going to be in my store on March 31 and April 1, 2015. We have not heard anything from her.
