hey clearly state when picking up the vehicle that you cannot drop it off before noon or there will be an early drop off feeThey also state that if you drop it off the following day there will be a late feeI was charged a $late fee for returning the vehicle after noon on the day it was due backSo you're charging for an early drop off before noon and a late fee after noon? That would mean I have to return the vehicle at noon on the dot in order to not be charged
Seems like a shady money making scheme to meCalled to complain and was told that they do not have to disclose this to you in personThat's funny because the paperwork doesnt mention anything eitherPlease avoidUse a reputable company with clearly stated chargesShame on you Dollar Rental!

Beware of the tolls in Dallas TexasI inadvertently ended up on a toll between 7/2/2017-7/6/twice which I immediately correctedThe tolls came to $After I received a notice from them 8/27/I contacted themDollar Rental Car would not allow me to pay the Toll company directly but instead they have a Dollar Processing Service that handles "fines" out of AZThis company charged me $($service fee) for each tollI am overwhelmed with how illegal this should beI will never ever do business with Dollar and before I rent again I will make sure I read the "tinny tiny print."
