Hello, This customer lives in Albuquerque NM which is not indicated as an area that is eligible for next day delivery service. Our advertisements in the catalog and online state that certain products are available for next day delivery and refer the customer to a map
listing those areas that are eligible. We are in no way advertising this service. When contacted, this customer stated that we should have something that directs them to this map. I pointed out that directly below the Free Next Day Delivery insignia it instructs them to see Page of our catalog for the next day delivery zone map. We do not offer the option of purchasing express shipping as many of our products are chemicals and therefore cannot ship via airplane. Hello,   The order total for this customer was $228.02, not the $237.93 he references in his complaint.  The order was returned to our location not deliverable to the customer.   It was credited in portions as the product returned, the first credit being the 79.14.  The...

Good Afternoon, We have spoken with this customer regarding the issue she outlines in her complaint.   The order was initially authorized for the full amount, however only the amount for the items shipped was captured leaving the $109.99 available for her to utilize...
