Failed to provide services requested and paid for On 9/24/I paid this groomer to bath and brush out my dog When I dropped her off, I was quite explicit in my expectations of her being fully brushed out I am unable to do so myself due to health problemsI requested a phone call if they found any knots that would require her hair being cut When I picked her up, I was told she had several knots but they did not remove them because that would be a different grooming appointment In talking to the manager, she referred to the service provided as a "bath appointment" which is absolutely not what I scheduled nor what I thought I was paying for
