Last Thursday Aug 24 I placed an order for the following items of dog food : 1 20 Lbs bag of Life ALS Puppy Chicken & Brown Rice Puppy food, and 1 30 Lbs bag Life ALS Grain Free Salmon and sweet potato Dog Food. I paid for my order in full including shipping and expected that I would've received a Fed Ex Tracking No by now but the only thing I have received is a confirmation of the order without a tracking No. I buy a lot of items online so I am well aware that it takes 24 hrs to process an order but no longer than 48hrs even if you shipped it on Monday it still isn't going to be to me by the time I bring my baby puppy home on Wednesday and I will have to go buy more food for him because my order didn't arrive in a timely fashion.

If my Order isn't here in it's entirety by Friday Sept 1 2023 any extra money that I have had to spend on food for my dogs and Puppy I will expect you to reimburse me for. Please contact me at [email protected] for my information regarding the order if you have questions.
