NEGTATIVE!!!! Don't order from this company. They take your money promptly, then never deliver the equipment, or respond back to inquiries. I see the comment below is from 2017. Well - this is 2020, and this is still an issue!

Four years ago I ordered a piece of agility equipment (Dog Walk). I was promised that the following year this company's dog walks were going to be produced out of aluminum and I would be given full credit for my purchase towards the aluminum dog walk. This was necessary because I wanted aluminum and needed to train a young dog on the equipment. I told the owner that steel would not last in my area because of rusting issues. The following year I was told by the owner no aluminum ones were produced but keep it another year. The dog walked rusted through at the end of year 2. Owner promised a replacement, Owner now fails to respond to my request or answer his phone.

I ordered two jumps on June 19th, and never heard anything about them shipping. I emailed and got a response from the owner, June 28th saying he had to order parts, which took a week to get to him, so the shipment would be delayed. Today is July 7th, and still no shipment notice. I emailed the company and the email no longer works. That is very concerning. I simply want to cancel the order and get my money back. I filed a dispute with my bank today, as that is the only way I see this getting resolved. DO NOT order from this company.

I placed an on-line order with DogSportsUSA in June 2017 for two jumps and 2 pairs of sand bags. The jumps arrived (though it took longer than it should have) but the sand bags did not. Additionally the order says 1 pair / $98.00 (I ordered 2 pair for 98.00). I sent several emails. He answered a couple and said he would check on the status. He never answered me without my contacting him first. The last communication was in July when he said he would send out the sandbags in 3-4 weeks. They never arrived and he has stopped/blocked my emails.
