I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regardless of the excuse given by the store, they wasted my time and tied up my credit card funds for over a week. I purchased the item online just hours after it was listed. So by their claim then, it took them up to 3 days to discover the item was not available? After browsing their feedback on [redacted]r website, their reputation is spotty at best. Lots of dissatisfied customers and numerous mistakes made on their part. I was treated rudely and ignored. It is only after I logged this complaint, that the company decided to get involved. My complaint stands and I am calling this establishment out for its horrible business practices.
