Dodaro Home Improvement

Claude Dodero of Dodero Home Improvement entered into a contract with me to build a deck in my back yard. Claude Dodero then took $1000 up front from me in order to buy materials for the deck, and then he vanished. I tried many times to contact Claude via phone, text, and email, but he never responded to any of my messages. He completely abandoned the deck project after taking money from me, ostensibly to buy materials. To my knowledge, he did not buy materials needed to build the deck, and simply kept the money.

Prior to taking money from me as described above, Claude did build a portion of the deck, which I paid him for in the amount that he requested. However, the workmanship on part of the deck was so shoddy, that it will need to be torn apart and redone.
