This company seems like a fraudulent company. They called wanting to help people with their Student Loans. They make you feel like you are qualified for loan forgiveness. Before you are placed in the system, you are required to pay them five monthly payments of 239.80, that they take directly from your account. Upfront they request all your information: social security number, date of birth, address, password *** your Student loan account, password *** your Federal Student Aid. After they get all the information, they act like you and change everything. They force you to provide them your credit card, otherwise, according to them, they will be able to help you save thousands of dollars. It is fraudulent and very deceiving. People need to be aware of these scams, and identity theft and avoid them. I feel soo stupid giving them all my information.
This deal was never approved because we couldn't help her.. We did NOT withdraw or take a penny from this person and all we did was tell her after contacting their lender to see if we can help or not before taking any payments and upon further discussion we couldn't help her so we told her we wouldn't process any payments and would just have to cancel this file out. I don't get how we are scammers if we didn't take any payments from them due to not being able to help.
They were unable to withdraw a penny from the account because I closed all my accounts and changed all my passwords *** that they were unable to proceed with their plan. The next day they tried to log back in my FSA and Navient accounts and were unsuccessful and called and left me a message as of to let them in the accounts if I have switched the passwords. They told me that I was approved because I worked for a non-profit organization, now I am not approved? I think that they were caught in their games on framing people. I do believe that Revdex.com needs to keep a close eye on them. They are not honest. The lady I have talked to, in the name of ***, told me that they will send me a cancellation email, and I have not received that email, since the day I confronted them.
