I have been ordering from Doctors Best Weight Loss for almost 7 years, and have maintain my weight using their products. I'm so glad that I found them and would recommend their products and services.
I've never experienced customer service this bad. I ordered 6 products and was charged for all six on my credit card. I received three. When I inquired about the discrepancy I received an angry response, denials, and accusations. It really sounded like something you'd experience in a Soviet bloc country. I don't recommend them. After several rounds of this I was told they were "back stocked," whatever that means. I am guessing it means back-ordered.
Our aim is never to disappoint or frustrate our customers. We apologize the information regarding the product being out of stock was not relayed in a clearer and more concise manner. We pride ourselves in our customer service and want to make this right for the customer and would appreciate the opportunity to do so.
Order was incomplete. I've sent 3 emails to the company regarding my order and no response. I paid for products that they did not ship with my order.
On May 16, 2019 I placed order #XXXXX. They shipped my candy, 16-pk of chocolate cakes, but only 1 4-pack of lemon cakes where I should've gotten a 16-pack. There is a link on my order confirmation email that says "click to contact us" but when I do so and send an email it send something back stating that email can't be received by that address. I went to the website where it says "contact us" and I've sent 3 emails on separate days and no response or anything telling me that they have gotten them. Like an it I placed a second order #XXXXX and haven't received it yet or gotten any usable tracking info. All I want it what I ordered so I can move on and never use this company again.
I either want the products that I paid for or a complete refund of both order numbers. These items aren't cheap and I want this solved ASAP.

The customer placed the order on Thursday 05/16. As the order contained items that were sensitive to heat and do not contain preservatives it was only shipped out to the customer on Monday 05/19. We prefer to ship our items sensitive to heat out on a Monday and not on a Friday to prevent them from being stored in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I received my missing items . I thank you for your help, I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
