Doctor's Weight Loss Center & Wellness

I went to the clinic - Doctors Weight Loss at *** ** *** **, Austin this morning and saw a sign which informed me that it was permanently closes. The door posting states that letters will be going out to informed me.  To which I have not received a letter.  It stated that we could pick up last shots, but no indication as to when and where.  The  Phone number posted *** *** has been disconnected.  I prepaid for a month of weight loss shots, which I have loss accordance to the business closure I have not received a notice or letter and can't contact anyone for questions or to received a refund Please help give my money back
