Doctor Pool

I initiated service with this company over a year ago While the pool technicians have been great, I cannot say the same for the bookkeeping staff They are absolutely pathetic and I have had several battles with them, that distress me quite a bit They issued work orders without my consent and have directed work without necessity For example, they directed "O" rings to be replaced, when my system is brand new and were absolutely NOT required (This just to charge me a fee.) This is unacceptable and because I refuse to pay these unnecessary fees, they have threatened to report me to "collections" Someone needs to straighten these people out! I wonder if the owner knows what they are doing, to ruin his business
