Doctor Hook Towing

This towing company illegally impounded my vehicle from private property. The towing company violated several rules from the California Vehicle Code (22658(a)VC). They did not have proper signage at all entrances of the property. They towed my vehicle farther than 10 miles radius from the private property where it was impounded from. They did not provide photographs of the violation at the time of request or at the time I picked up my car. The employee at the tow yard said his driver did not send the photos in and will not be able to until h came back into work. This company then came back and covered up a previous towing companies sign with there name and number within several hours after the violated the rules. This company is a Predatory Towing company working in conjunction with a private patrol security company (Security 1/owner ***) that is a spotter for them.
