complaint in 3 years of business in my Position at EZ Auto. I can understand the issue of a navagation system on a pre owned vehicle not working correctly.  Please note that we will contact the customer for
an appointment to get the vehicle in. The customer requested a loaner also at the time of repair. We will do our best to accomodate the customer with the loaner vehicle while we try and fix the navagation in the radio.
