They called me right as I was filling out a legit application on the dep of education to have my loans forgiven on account of my old school screwing me out of certifications and never giving me my diploma, they wanted a 900 dollar payment and immediately I knew it was a scam, called the dep of education to confirm and yes it is, don’t listen to them

My loan was supposed to be forgiven paid in full. Calvin with doan solutions was so sure I paid into the 3 payments. In the end it was only consolidated with another loan nelnet what the FK. I have yet to receive a phone call or email back from them.

I talked to Doan Solutions and what they told me sounded good. Too good to be real-I know now. They told me they could get me into a program and get my loans into a forgiveness program. The more I thought about it something didn't seem right. I called Department of Student Loans and they assured me they couldn't put me into a program because I was in default. Doan said they could work around it. If the Department of Student Loans says you can't do something, you can't. Since I wasn't getting anywhere with Doan I went to the bank and stopped payments. They were to provide a service that they weren't able to provide. The banks credit card company decided to side with them. I have to make a police report to get my money back. I paid 200.00 up front and twice paid 99.00. On December 22, 2021 the bank reversed the charges saying I'm liable. It's fraud. And to do this days before Christmas. Shame on them. I will have the police investigate them being a fraudulent company and get my money back.
