Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:They canceled me in September, but still took their money every month, which is in the email I sent to the Revdex.com and Do you goody boxThey are still short Regards, K [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern, Please Kindly note that Kathy has been refunded for month's of orders totaling $$was refunded back to the credit card on file while $was mailed to her today in a refund check. If she would like to return the unused boxes that she received we would be more than happy to process a refund for those as well, however because we are showing they were delivered to her we unfortunately cannot process a refund until we receive those items back. For your review here are tracking #'s for the delivered items that we sent her via email on December 8th confirming their deliveries and asking if she wanted return instructions to send them back for a refund. - September Goody Box- August Goody Box- July Goody Box We truly appreciate your attention to this matter and hope yo have a wonderful rest of your day

I am rejecting this response because: I am not disputing the months were I received a subscription boxI am disputing the months I did not get a box, but they took my moneyI have sent Revdex.com a copy of the email regarding this, noting all the times where money was taken from the account, yet Do You Goody Box did not send the box

If the cardholder would like to return the unwanted boxes for a full refund we would be more than happy to do so, she would simply need to send the unused goods back to the address listed on the outer box and we will gladly process a refund for those boxes. However while she is STILL IN POSSESION of the goods we cannot offer a refund. We thank you greatly for your understanding.
