Dont use them ever bad service shady service they lie about what they say than over price you if you dont get appliance still charge you a service fee I got caught by them hope you dont

We explain our customer when asked the reason for the 65$ charge and they are: Gas. Park meters. Tolls. Technician's time, labor and experience. I called DO Refrigeration to fix my dryer. After they left, telling me it was fixed I checked it and it wasn't. I called them back and they were unable to fix it. I wanted my money back but they promised to fix it. Twice more they came but couldn't fix it. They promised to refund my $300 but I've phoned over and over and they are just ignoring me. On a side note, I called another company which fixed it immediately for half the price. This is a terrible company.

Review: I contact them to fix my Wine Cooler at home. They show up on Saturday May * and worked on my cooler. After "done" with the service, they ask few hours to the appliance chill and they left a receipt with a 1y warranty. After 1 day waiting, the appliance didn't work. I tried to reach them on both phones I have from the website [redacted] and [redacted]. I also sent an email described on the website [redacted] and no one answered.Desired Settlement: I'm very disappointed with the service and have no answer, so I don't want the warranty but I want my $200 back. I have the receipt.

Review: The technician came to repair our refrigerator on 6/**/2015, which I think he over-charged me, but I was desperate and reluctantly agreed on the fee. I asked and he agreed to give us a 1-year guarantee on the service. For the past 3 days, I have been trying to contact them to come back for a follow-up, because the problem with the refrigerator is not 100% corrected. I called the 2 phone numbers listed,on the invoice many times and left messages, but no one ever call me back or I would get a recording that they could not accept calls. This is a business, and I just don't understand why no one has the courtesy to call back, or worst of all they are not accepting calls. What kind of business are they running.Desired Settlement: I want them to send a technician out again to fix the problem once more
