Do Pray Tell

I ordered two candles back in November as a gift. One arrived completely damaged within one small package - according to Do Pray Tell, both candles were supposedly within one package - said package was only large enough for one candle. After countless emails with no response, John told me "Your item is listed, and has been listed, as delivered since December 13th. Tracking number is in your order.
If you never received the items that have been marked at delivered you will need to open a case with your local USPS office."
When replying with the exact information from above, I got no response. After two more emails I came to the Revdex.com. Come to find out, the DO PRAY TELL Website is now only accessible with a password.

I still have yet to receive a refund for the one candle I was never shipped, and no reply about any way to reconcile this missing half of my order.
