Review: On January **, 2015 I purchased a Honda CRV from DNL Auto. I financed the vehicle through the [redacted] and transferred plates from my previous vehicle which I traded. I was given a temporary registration sticker for my window and was told that I would receive the registration sticker in a few weeks. On March *, 2015 I called DNL because I had not yet received the registration and paid them (It is listed on my receipt and bill of sale) The phone number was disconnected. I then tried all of the phone numbers and emails that I had for the company which were all undeliverable or disconnected. I became concerned and instantly went to the DMV website to check the status of my registration myself. It still had my previous vehicle listed as registered and my new vehicle was not listed at all! When I called [redacted] they transferred me to the investigation department who told me I was the 10th phone call they received recently regarding this auto sales company. I had to submit proof of purchase, vin #, insurance, etc. to get an extension on the temporary registration since nothing was submitted on behalf of DNL as listed in the bill of sale. I was told I cannot receive the title of my vehicle OR registration until it is further investigated and the process can take up to 12 months!Desired Settlement: I am not sure if this is a Scam company or what the issue is. In reality, I just want the registration and title of the vehicle as I paid for on January **, 2015
