they harassed my business for several times and then when I sent them the information they needed nothing changed plus management has provided me with wrong information and lied to me about the what will happen

they helped me get out of my previous fixed rate contract and get me onto a new program that made sense given the current market

I tried to have them lower my electric rate since May 2016, with no avail. When I signed up The rep at DNE said I could cancel anytime without a penalty. I took it upon myself to sign up with Atco and guess what I just got my cancellation fees of [redacted] from [redacted]
