Response:This was a wage garnishment, and a judgment issued by the superior court of [redacted] for a legal eviction over non payment of rentWe are legally allowed to collect 10% on top of the remaining unpaid principal balance during a wage garnishment and court orderThe additional fee of $is charged by the Sheriff's office as a processing fee for each check that is sent to the judgment creditorThe processing fee is not credited towards the principle balanceThe debtor wanted a modification of $per pay period, so logically the debt is going to accrue interest, and with the multiple checks being cut, also incur a processing fee[redacted]
Regarding the dispute of Ms [redacted] of only wanting to pay half, she initialed off an a paragraph, see section 39, under “Joint and Several Liability” Which states your are either jointly responsible, or individually.Thanks

of $12.00 is charged by the Sheriff's office as a processing fee for each check that is sent to the judgment creditor. The processing fee is not credited towards the principle balance. The debtor wanted a modification of $50.00 per pay period, so logically the debt is going to accrue interest, and with the multiple checks being cut, also incur a processing fee.[redacted]
