DMV Unlocked Wireless

Great company!! Excellent customer service, and a very approachable manager/ownerAfter a bad experience with another company (who were subsequently unresponsive to the Revdex.com), I found this company by accidentThey resolved the problem as promised, and exceeded expectations based on their estimate The cell phone repair business seems to have a lot of shady characters, so a company like this really stands out I highly recommend them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Incorrect information: there were phones involved, [redacted] , [redacted] and myself Both [redacted] and ***'s phone had PERSONAL information still on them, I factory reset my phone (clear of all personal info.) including ONLINE accounts!!!!! I notified the store as soon as I discovered their mistake After waiting for days not NO response from DMV, I started my own research which I discovered that I have ***'s phone I contacted [redacted] and found out that he has someone else's phoneI met with [redacted] at the store along Fairfax police Officer *** Navigating the phone [redacted] had, I found contact info of the owner, [redacted] After talking to [redacted] and ***, I found out that NONE of US was ever been contacted by DMV regarding their mistake [redacted] informed me that my phone is in Quatemala, NOT SOUTH America!!!!After days and trips to the store, the manager offered me AN OLD AT&T GSM phone as my ONLY OPTION Since I had to leave the next day for my son's graduation in Orlando, stating my dissatisfactionThe phone is not Factory unlock, even their own technician was not able to update the Software or Firmware, stating any update will LOCK the phone to it original state!!!!! Customer satisfaction is not part of DMV's business guidelines!!! I did not notice any MORALS/ETHICS, and I have witnessesIs DMV or Farsa Revdex.com member?? Stated in their letter!! I am rejecting this response because:Incorrect information:  there were 3 phones involved, [redacted] and myself.  Both [redacted] and [redacted]'s phone had PERSONAL information still on them, I factory reset my phone...

(clear of all personal info.) including ONLINE accounts!!!!!  I notified the store as soon as I discovered their mistake.   After waiting for 3 days not NO response from DMV, I started my own research which I discovered that I have [redacted]'s phone.  I contacted [redacted] and found out that he has someone else's phone.
