To Whom it may concern:We responded to *** [redacted] ***'s service request in October to find that the gas line had air in it from the original tank installation which caused the system not to start so we bled the line free of air and the system continued to work flawlessly throughout the extremely cold winter that we hadThis months service call was a bad gas valve and had nothing at all to do with the previous October service call [redacted] ***'s parts for this repair are still under warranty through the manufacture of the equipment at no cost but unfortunately his labor warranty has expired and this is why he is liable for the diagnostic fee as well as the cost to install the replacement valveThank you for the opportunity to explain our side of the story concerning this complaint.John B***PresidentTri-County Aire Inc
