I viewed the picture he sent you of a brand new holster up against a year old beltIt is impossible to match the color because one item is old and the other is newI can tell you both the holster and the belt are saddle brown because we stitch all of our dyed items in black or brown thread I have added a holster that is actually dyed dark brown and if you will notice you can't see white stitching at all

We do not show any emails from the complainantWe offer emails and phone numbers to contact us by and we have heard nothing from himThe *** leather is disabled and customers shouldn't be able to see itWe have spoken with our web designers and they assured us it has been taken
offI emailed him and explained to him that the color he received is saddle brownThe color leather takes depends on the time of year and the actual hideWe can not control how the color comes outI offer for him to send me a picture of his holster to our actual email address so I can confirm the color

I am rejecting this response because: To be clear I'm only rejecting their reply to youThey emailed me this morning offering a refund which I acceptedAs to the claims they made in their response to you I have provided them with copies of the original invoice as well as the notification of shipping, both of which contain the highlighted sales@ link to contact them if I had any problemsI have also provided copies of the messages I sent to their gmail account that they never responded toI can't thank you enough for your help in resolving this issueI don't believe this could have been resolved without your intervention, so thank you again

I can tell you both the holster and the belt are saddle brown because we stitch all of our dyed items in black or brown thread.  I have added a holster that is actually dyed dark brown and if you will notice you can't see white stitching at all.
