Mr. [redacted] with his issue, even though his lamp failure was reported over 1 month past the generous 6 month warranty period that we offer. While we cannot grant a $159 refund for a failed lamp that was not reported until well past the expiration of the warranty period, we are willing to make a generous concession by replacing the failed lamp.
