I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.; however, I am unsure how they are going to give me a check for the damages

In response to the recent complaint about the damage occurred
to the neighboring driveway, we acknowledge that there was a divot caused to
the asphalt from the weight of the
equipment, that we agree should not have
been driven on the property
We met with the property owner and reviewed said damageAt the
time of the visit we apologized, expressing that we were greatly sorry and would
make sure the repairs were handled properly and hat we were a few weeks out on the
schedule
Both the owner of Distinctive Lawn and Landscape and the property
owner decided that there was no actual damage to the grass/lawnThroughout the
day there were water bottles spread about while in use and yes, some of which were
over the property line; however, all water bottles had been removed prior to the
completion of the job
In regards to our standard practice if any heavy equipment, cranes,
forklifts, bobcats, etcare to be used, we lay down plywood sheetingMoving forward
we will make efforts to contact any neighboring and adjacent properties to inform
them we will be working in the area
We have since reiterated standard policy and ensuring situations
like these do not occur in the futureDistinctive Lawn and Landscape takes pride
in its workmanship, value, employees, and overall customer satisfactionThe property
owner shall receive a written apology and the $as requested for repairs
