Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This response does not address my concerns as a consumerIt's a blanket statement that denies any kind of accountability and doesn't indicate that any effort was made to investigate the possibility of any negligence on the business or employee's part.As a consumer, I'd like the following answered:- With a statement as strong as "WE DO NOT DAMAGE VEHICLES WE TOW," what measures have been taken to ensure that this is factual?Are the employees under constant supervision to ensure that the job is done correctly 100% of the time, every time, by every single employee?Laziness is a persistent human trait and can affect anyone's performance under the right circumstancesWhat steps have been taken to prevent negligent damage?- What steps have been take to investigate this issue?- With a company policy that automatically denies any kind of liability, what incentive does an employee have to avoid causing damage, particularly when accountability is never a factor?As a consumer, why should anyone trust DK Watson to tow their vehicle with this kind of policy in place?

There have been unavoidable repair delays. The vehicle had transmission problems and USAA has approved the transmission to be replaced. We are waiting for that to be completed. The vehicle will have a lifetime warranty and upon completion will be in its pre-collision condition. Please be...

VEHICLE THAT IS STOLEN AND OUT OF THE CUSTOMERS POSSESION FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.  THE CUSTOMER WOULD NEED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY.

WE WERE NOT AWARE OF A PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE. THERES REPAIRS HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY. ALL THE CUSTOMER HAS TO DO IS RETURN TO THE SHOP AND DISCUSS ANY ISSUES HE HAS WITH US SO THEY CAN BE REMEDIED.
