DJs Car Wash

I came to Piedmont, Oklahoma for a wedding and wanted to wash my car because the rain left little white spots all over my car. I pay $21 a month for an unlimited car wash service in Florida and I am NEVER unhappy with it. I didn't want to pay the $6 here but decided to anyways because we couldn't see out of the front of the window. I went through and it looked like nothing had been done at all. I called and left a message for the owner who called me back and I have never talked to a more hateful and angry person in my life. He told me that he couldn't please everyone and then hung up on me after I explained the above. I called back and he YELLED at me and said he wasn't giving me my money back, "end of story" and hung up on me again. I was so berated and upset I was to the point of tears. I don't care if I paid $1; if your car wash doesn't work, it doesn't work. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I could have sprayed water on my car myself and wiped it with toilet paper and it would have been cleaner.
He does not need to be in business because he cannot understand the concept of customer service. The family we stayed with here mentioned they had a bad wash also but got a refund, so it's not "just me."
