Card charged, items not shipped. No response from seller
On October 19, I ordered four ESI Gigaport HD+ totaling $743.80. Order number XXXXX. My card number MASTERCARD-9763 was charged in full at that time. The website promised that the items would be shipped within 1-2 days. Three weeks later, my items still have not been shipped. I have sent repeated emails to the address listed on my receipt ***@djdeals.com, with no response. The receipt also lists a phone number to be used for order inquiries. XXX-XXX-XXXX. When this number is dialed, there is an immediate busy signal, as if the number is disconnected or the call is blocked. We have tried calling repeatedly over the past three weeks to ask for our items to be shipped, or our card to be refunded.

on 2.28.18 ordered a product from djdeals.com and they took their money asap. After a few days I checked the status on the order and there where no updates.I emailed the company 3.2.18 a few days later, They emailed me back but not with any information. It was just a cc of the email I sent them and them forwarding email to a 3rd party( I'm guessing who they go through "Safour") asking the same question I'm asking them. I asked for a refund in my second email I sent a few days later 3.6.18 (after no update to the shipping status) and I received a response in the same fashion, a cc of a email there sending a third party.
