To whom it may concern, I have been in business for years and have never had a complaint filed with the Revdex.comI find it very hard to believe many accusations that were brought up in the complaintFirst, I have a strict policy that no customers should ever leave unhappyI have had displeased customers before, just like any business, and they are now loyal, regular customersMy staff are trained to solve issues to the best of their ability and if they can not find a solution then they are to inform a manager so the managers can straighten it outThis leads to my second concern with the complaint involving the manager refusing to speak to the customerMy management team has never and would never refuse to speak a customerIf the management team was unaware of the issue then the problem lies on the cashierThe cashier that was on duty that evening has been let go for many issues including but not limited to this oneMy final issue is that I have never refused to refund a customer even if the customer is wrongMy policy states that the customer is always rightThis stands for when the customer is right and even when they are wrongHowever, I understand that these customers had an issue with my restaurant and I want resolve the issue as soon as possibleTo ensure they have a better experience, I have sent them a refund, an apology, and an open-ended couponThe coupon is good for a free appetizer, meals, drinks, and dessertsThis is to ensure they return to my restaurant and receive the upmost customer serviceHopefully this will resolve any unsatisfying experience that they had while visiting my restaurant
